1. Eligibility

• Participation is open to students only.
• Participants must be at least 16 years old.
• Teams must consist of a maximum of 6 players.

2. Registration and Fees

• A registration fee of 50 NOK per player is required to participate in the qualification rounds.
• No additional fees are required for the grand final.

3. Competition Format

• Qualification Rounds:
  • Teams will compete to achieve the highest score in one round.
• Grand Final:
  • The top 6 teams based on qualification round scores will compete. The team with the highest score in the grand final will be the champion.

4. Prizes

• The winning team will receive a one-year pass for unlimited free games at ByBowling and EPIC Tromsø.
• The prize can be used once per week, any day before 6 PM, subject to availability and booking in advance.
• All finalists will receive complementary prizes.

5. Rules and Regulations

• All participants must adhere to ByBowling’s general rules and regulations.
• Decisions made by the organizers are final.
• By participating, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

6. Liability

• ByBowling and EPIC Tromsø are not responsible for any injuries or damages incurred during the competition.
• Participants participate at their own risk.

7. Data Privacy

• Participant information will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and will not be shared with third parties.
• By participating, you consent to the recording of your image and likeness during the event for promotional purposes. This footage may be used on ByBowling and EPIC Tromsø’s social media, website, and other marketing materials.

8. Footage Collection

• Footage: By participating in the event, you grant ByBowling and EPIC Tromsø a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from any photographs, videos, or other recordings taken of you during the event.
• Purpose: This footage may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media, website content, and marketing materials.
• Removal Request: If you wish to have your image or likeness removed from any promotional materials, please contact bruno@arcticnightlife.no

9. Changes to Terms

• ByBowling reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
